Whether you are thinking of making a purchase or have just made one, we are thrilled for you and know that you want to get your hands on your gorgeous item as soon as possible.
All items in stock will be prepared for shipment within 2-3 days of receipt. Once packaged your order transit time will be approximately:
US orders (once shipped) 2-5 business via USPS
International orders (once shipped) 6-10 business days via UPS
We try to keep all of our designs in stock but it is not always possible to guarantee.
Once you have placed your order a team member will reach out to you with an estimated ship date if your item is not in stock. Backorders take approximately 2-4 weeks depending on the season.
We love to know more about you and your wedding, so if you have a specific ‘wear date’ please enter it at check out so we can be mindful of your needs.
If your items cannot be sent in time your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be processed.
Please note that all orders shipped overseas and to Canada are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end countries taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Elizabeth Bower and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.
