Packaging

 All Elizabeth Bower orders come gift wrapped in satin lined boxes and include care instructions.

Returns and Exchanges

Elizabeth Bower will accept items for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Your item must be returned in new and saleable condition. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges and returns will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed it may take 5-10 days to receive your refund and or reorder. We can not refund shipping charges on returned items. Freight charges will be deducted from returns (including those orders that qualified for free shipping) at a rate of either $10 or $15.00 depending on the size of your shipment.

Please include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package. A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items.

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Elizabeth Bower is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Shipping Policy 

Upon checkout, select your preferred shipping method. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Overseas and to Canada

All orders shipped overseas and to Canada are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end countries taxes, tarriffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Elizabeth Bower and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.  

Repair Policy Shipping

We will repair any design purchased through elizabethbower.com. Please email elizabeth@elizabethbower.com for instructions. Please include your name, telephone number, order id number and a brief description of the problem. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed. If your item has been manufactured within the last year, there will be no charge for the repair. If your item is older than one year, a repair cost will be determined once the item has been inspected. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

If you purchased through another retailer

Please return the damaged item to the store you originally purchased it from. They will be able to assist you with your repair.
