USA How to Return or Exchange

Message us at orders@elizabethbower.com to receive your return label. Indicate whether it is a refund or an exchange.

Once a label is issued your item must be shipped within 5 days (not including the freight transit time).

Terms

- For a full refund to your original method of payment you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

- Requests made after the 14 day period (no longer than 30 days) will be eligible for exchange only. - Sale items are non-returnable, refundable or exchangeable.

- Only items purchased through elizabethbower.com will be eligible for returns or exchanges under these terms and conditions.

- If you purchased your item through another website or boutique please contact them directly.

- Items received showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

We want to make sure that your wedding day is perfect in everyway, so we are more than happy to offer our International brides (outside of the USA) returns .

- You are responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, duties and or courier fees to return your items.

- Items must have all tags and be returned in the original packaging.

- Please select a return method that allows you to insure the shipment and track its journey back to us (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.

- We are not responsible to items damaged or lost in transit.

We will, at our option, repair or replace jewellery proven by our jewellers to be defective within 6 months after the date of purchase.

- The above assurance against defects does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance, or the gradual degradation of all or part of the products due to: normal wear and tear (including tarnishing); accident or mishap; careless handling; improper use; alteration or substitution; use outside our care instructions; improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than us or our authorized repairers; or theft.  

- Tarnishing occurs naturally and therefore, cleaning is not covered by this warranty against defects.

- When a product is repaired under the original contractual warranty term, only the remaining term of the original contractual warranty will continue to apply.  Any other repairs after this term will be outside the original warranty period and may be charged accordingly.

Care

To keep your piece looking beautiful on the day and long after your wedding, avoid exposure to hairspray and perfume. These will coat and cover your beautiful Swarovski crystals with a film that will dull the sparkle and shine of your piece.

For your big day, make sure that your jewellery is the last thing you put on and the first off thing you take off.  

For ongoing care, please store your Elizabeth Bower designs at room temperature, out of direct sunlight.  A location that has low humidity and a consistent temperature will help to prevent tarnishing and discoloration. Handle pearls with extra care as they are soft and can be damaged by natural skin oils and scratches.  If you can, wrap gold, silver and precious items in acid-free tissue paper or cotton and keep them away from any dust or moisture.

Occasionally very gently clean your jewellery to remove any oils, dust or other contaminations.  Avoid harsh cleaners made for silver, gold and platinum as these can damage the metal and precious jewels.
