US Returns
Message us at orders@elizabethbower.com to receive your return label.
- Returns must be received at our office no later than 30 days from your delivery date to be eligible for refund. Request a return label no later than 14 days to allow time for your return to each us.
Returns received after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
- Only items purchased through elizabethbower.com will be eligible for returns or exchanges under these terms and conditions. If you purchased your item through another website or boutique please contact them directly.
- Items received showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for refund.
- Returned must items be in their original packaging and secured (not lose) in a box.
- Special order items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.This includes but is not limited to custom length sashes and special order plating and color requests.
- When your return is received and approve we will issue a refund to the original method of payment -$15 return fee to cover freight and packaging.
International Returns
We want to make sure that your wedding day is perfect in every way, so we are more than happy to offer our International brides (outside of the USA) returns .
Please message us at orders@elizabethbower.com to inform us of your return. You will need to ship the item back to us, please make sure you follow these procedures:
- You are responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, duties and or courier fees to return your items.
- Items must have all tags and be returned in the original packaging.
- Please select a return method that allows you to insure the shipment and track its journey back to us (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.
- We are not responsible to items damaged or lost in transit.
Terms
