Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
Elizabeth Bower jewellery has an international following, and shipping is available worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on location, but your order will always be beautifully packaged and carefully sent.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically take 1-2 days to prepare and package.
Australian order takes 3 - 5 days
Japan orders via DHL express 3- 5 days
Japan orders via economy mail take 2 -4 weeks to arrive.
United States orders via DHL express take 3 -7 days

What materials do you use?
Expect only the good stuff: Swarovski crystals, freshwater pearls, plated brass, and 100% silk flowers. Many pieces combine modern finishes with timeless materials, so they feel luxe without tipping into “too precious to wear.”
Is Elizabeth Bower jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes. Each piece is made with high-quality metals and thoughtfully plated, so even sensitive ears can enjoy them comfortably.
Our earring posts are made from surgical steel and out pieces are plated in nickle free rhodium and gold plate finishes.

I don't have my ears pierced, can I still wear your earrings?
Yes - all of you earring designs are available in a clip backing with an adjustable screw backing so you can wear them comfortably.
Where will my order ship from?
All orders ship from our Sydney Studio located in Paddington NSW 2021.
Once you have placed an order we will carefully pick and quality check your pieces which takes 1-2 days. Each design is secured inside a custom gift box with care instructions. Once your order shipped you will be emailed tracking information. Read more in our 'How are my orders packaged?' FAQ's.
How are your orders packaged for shipment?
We take care to secure your pieces so they are safe in transit. All pieces are secured inside sturdy custom give boxes with padding. We ship orders in recyclable paper boxes with paper inserts.
Please remove stickers and our packaging is 100% recyclable.
How should I care for my pieces?
Think of your jewellery like silk—beautiful but deserving of care. Keep pieces in their original pouch or box when not in use, avoid contact with perfume or hairspray, and gently polish with a soft cloth to keep them gleaming.
What if my jewellery arrives and it’s not quite right?
We understand jewellery is personal. If your piece doesn’t fit or isn’t quite the one, Elizabeth Bower offers returns within a 30 days period (see the full return policy online for details and sawers to your FAQ's).

Elizabeth has been designing collection for over 20 years. Comfort and wearability are front of mind in her designs. The average wedding lasts between 8 -10 hours and we want you to sparkle in comfort. Our pieces are made from pressed metal settings so they are lightweight and won't pull on your ears like heavy castings.
Can I wear Elizabeth Bower jewellery after my wedding day?
Absolutely. The beauty of Elizabeth’s designs is their versatility. A chandelier earring may headline your aisle moment but will just as easily turn heads at a black-tie gala, or elevate your jeans-and-silk-shirt ensemble on date night.
We understand weddings are expensive and we want your accessories to be something you can enjoy more than once. Our feminine designs are created to be celebrated at many occasions.
Do you offer custom designs?
Elizabeth Bower does not offer bespoke commissions, but many brides and stylists love to mix and match pieces across the collections to create a look that feels distinctly their own.

My order has not arrived?
Please check the tracking information carefully. Most shipments updates can be found online thought the shipping carrier. For more shipping FAQ's check our shipping policy
If your shipment is taking longer than expected or is lost check with the carrier or reach out to us at orders@elizabethbower.com
The item I would like to order is out of stock?
Sustainability is important to us and often do small production runs to make sure we are not over stocking materials and producing materials that may contribute to landfill or waste.
Sometimes our best-sellers sell out. We usually restock these items in 2-3 weeks. If there is a design you are interested in please reach out to us and we can place a pre order.

Please note as we make way for some designs, we phase out others and the exact colour and combination you are after may not be possible to reorder.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment - Elizabeth Bower accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure digital payment methods. At checkout, you can choose the option that suits you best, knowing your details are always handled safely.
