Return Policy

AUSTRALIAN RETURNS

We want you to love your bridal jewellery and wedding accessories, and we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

To begin your return, email orders@elizabethbower.com with your order number. We’ll provide a FREE return label for you.

Please note:

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days to be eligible for a refund.

  • A $10.00 flat rate restocking fee is applied to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items must be returned in new, unworn, and saleable condition.

    Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process once your return is received.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For your security, return your item using a trackable and insured courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, or USPS). Elizabeth Bower is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
