Your wedding day is one of life’s most meaningful moments—and we’re honored to be part of it. That’s why we proudly stand behind the quality of every Elizabeth Bower design.

All purchases made through elizabethbower.com are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship.

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please email orders@elizabethbower.com to request a repair or replacement. If deemed defective by our jewelers within 6 months of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion.

Warranty Excludes:

• Loss, breakage, or accidental damage

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. tarnishing, colour changes)

• Misuse or improper care

• Unauthorized repairs or alterations

• Cosmetic changes from daily wear

• Theft or loss

Tarnishing is a natural process and not considered a defect. Cleaning services are not covered under warranty.

Packaging & Repairs
Each piece is carefully gift-boxed in our Sydney studio. Repairs outside the warranty period may incur a service fee.

Jewelry Care Tips

• Last on, first off: Apply after hair and makeup.

• Avoid sprays: Perfumes and hairsprays may dull crystals and damage finishes.

• Store safely: Keep in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.

• Pearl care: Handle with clean hands and avoid moisture or oils.

• Clean gently: Use a soft, lint-free cloth—never harsh cleaners.
