All purchases made through elizabethbower.com are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship.
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please email orders@elizabethbower.com to request a repair or replacement. If deemed defective by our jewelers within 6 months of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion.
Warranty Excludes:

Normal wear and tear (e.g. tarnishing, colour changes)

Unauthorized repairs or alterations

Cosmetic changes from daily wear

Theft or loss
Tarnishing is a natural process and not considered a defect. Cleaning services are not covered under warranty.
Packaging & Repairs
Each piece is carefully gift-boxed in our Sydney studio. Repairs outside the warranty period may incur a service fee.
