Warranty Exclusions & Limitations
- Loss, accidental damage, or breakage
- Normal wear and tear (including tarnishing or color change)
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Theft or cosmetic changes from daily use
Note: Tarnishing is a natural process and not considered a manufacturing defect. Cleaning or restoration services fall outside the warranty terms.
When a product is repaired under warranty, only the remaining term of the original 6-month period will continue to apply. Any additional repairs outside this window may incur a service charge.
Jewelry Care Tips
- Last on, first off: Jewelry should be the final touch you put on and the first thing you remove.
- Avoid sprays: Perfumes and hairsprays can dull the sparkle of Swarovski crystals and damage delicate finishes.
- Store smart: Keep your pieces at room temperature, out of direct sunlight and humidity. Use acid-free tissue or cotton in a dry, dust-free container.
- Pearl care: Pearls are soft and sensitive. Handle with clean hands and avoid exposure to moisture and natural oils.
- Clean gently: Wipe occasionally with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh commercial cleaners that may damage delicate materials.
