What is 'Order Processing'? That means how long it takes us to select, quality check & carefully package your items ready to dispatch!

Once packaged your order transit time will depend on the shipment method selected.

    • Orders ship via Australia Post
    • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships, please use this number to check the status of your shipment.
    • Please note - it is the responsibility of the customer to track their delivery. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery attempts were made to the address provided in your order.
    • Transit times approximately 3-7 business days

Express Shipping Terms

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships, please use this number to check the status of your shipment.
  • Please note - it is the responsibility of the customer to track their delivery. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery attempts were made to the address provided in your order.
  • Express shipments will be trackable via DHL - please contact them for assistance regarding missed deliveries or status updates.
  • International orders may be subject to additional charges based on the destination country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Elizabeth Bower and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.
  • If your package is not successfully delivered or collected by you it will be returned to our office in Sydney, Australia. Subsequent charges to resend the items will apply.
  • If you are concerned about your transit timing we recommend you use EXPRESS SHIPPING - it is the fastest and most reliable shipping method to arrive in under two weeks.

Economy Air Shipping (Trackable)

Orders Under $300 AUD - Economy Air $15 AUD - 2-4 weeks Transit

  • Economy shipments will be trackable via your local postal service once they have landed in your country. A local tracking number will be visible in your order tracking status.
  • Please check with your local postal service for any assistance regarding missed deliveries or package holds.
  • If your package is not successfully delivered or collected by you it will be returned to our office in Sydney, Australia. Subsequent charges to resend the items will apply.
  • If you are concerned about transit timing we recommend you use express shipping at checkout instead.
