About Elizabeth
Hi, It's me!
If you've made it to this page - thank you. Time is precious, so thank you for taking the time to explore more about me.
Here I am at my wedding back in the day (...2004). A fabulous day and I would go back and change a thing.
A little bit about me - after completing a Masters of Visual Arts in 2001 I began my own metalsmith studio in Sydney, making pieces by hand in silver and gold with semi precious stones, pearls and diamonds.
After 6 years building this business my husband and I decided to spread our wings and explore the world - starting off with a 3 week road trip across the US ultimately ending in New York City.
Since then I've lived in New York City, Brooklyn and Portland Oregon. After many moves, two children, a hurricane, a pandemic and a huge 3 year family journey with cancer, my family and I are now (somewhat settled) back in Paddington, Sydney.
My passion for design took me across the globe—from Sydney to New York City where I was fortunate enough to hone my skills designing for fashion icons including Nicole Miller, Lou Lou de la Falaise (muse of Yves Saint Laurent), and Arnold Scaasi.
I've always been inspired by the timeless nature of weddings and their ability to bring groups of people together and create special memories - while adding some luster and sparkle to the mix!
Creating pieces that get to be a part of these moments is so special so in 2012, I unveiled The 'Elizabeth Bower' brand at New York International Bridal Week. To my delight the launch was a success securing the collection locations in New York, Tokyo and Seoul.
Over the last 12 years my collections have graced magazine covers, been shipped off to hundreds of brides globally and found their way into 100 high end boutiques worldwide.
Now back in Sydney, I am continuing to create heirloom-worthy jewellery that transcends trends. Giving Brides and ladies who love to sparkle their red carpet moment.
